How long will it take to receive my order? 

Please allow 1-3 business days for processing and 2-3 business days for shipping. Orders placed after 5pm CST will be processed the next business day. For international orders, an additional 5 days may be needed. Please keep in mind that Saturday/Sunday are not considered business days. Minted Extensions is NOT responsible for any lost/stolen packages. Please contact USPS if you have any problems, if any further questions be sure to email us. 

How can I properly care for my Minted Extensions?

It is necessary to shampoo and condition the hair bi-weekly, if not weekly. For curly/wavy textures, wet the hair before detangling with a wide tooth comb. You can braid your hair at night to preserve the curly texture. It is recommended to sleep on a satin pillowcase or in a satin scarf.

Return & Exchange Policy: 

All sales are final. Exchanges are permitted for items that are damaged or if there has been a mistake on our behalf. If you need to exchange an item please contact our customer service email at Mintedextensions@outlook.com. Exchanges must be made within 14 days after you have received your item. Exchanged items MUST be unused and in the same condition as received, along with the original packaging.

Once we receive your item, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your item. We will also notify you once the new item has been shipped out along with a tracking number. 

Refund Policy:

Pre-Order Turn Around Time:

If you purchase bundles that are not available on hand the turn around time is 5-10 business days. An email will be sent as soon as your package has shipped, providing you with details on your shipment.
